Once the package is sent with USPS or any other designated carrier, we have no further control or ties to the package. Any issues with delivery, including delays, loss, or damage, should be addressed directly with the carrier.

In the event of delivery issues, we may work with you to resolve the situation to the best of our ability. However, we are not responsible and reserve the right to determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate based on the circumstances.

At kraftycloset, we reserve the right to change the prices of our products at any time without prior notice. We also retain the right to impose restrictions on discounts and sales. Please be aware that pricing may change without notice.

If we are unable to accept your order, we will notify you and will not charge you for the product(s). This may occur under circumstances including, but not limited to, product(s) being out of stock, unexpected limitations on our resources that we could not reasonably plan for, or if we identify an error in the price or description of the product(s).

Our products are not edible and should never be placed in your mouth. DO NOT SWALLOW. These items pose a choking hazard and are intended for use only  Parental supervision is required at all times.

We do not process returns for any reason.

Once your order is placed, you should receive an email from us acknowledging receipt of your order. Please contact us if you do not receive this email. Note that this acknowledgment does not signify that your order has been accepted or that a contract has been formed between you and kraftycloset. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us, which we may refuse for any reason.

A $3 service fee will be deducted from your refund if you cancel your order before it processes.

Shipping policy

Standard Shipping: Please allow approximately 7-14 business days for all custom preorders to ship.

Processing Time: All orders require 2-3 business days for processing (weekends & holidays excluded) before shipping can begin.

Express Shipping: Express orders will ship within 5-7 business days. Please note, this timeframe does not include weekends or holidays as we only operate on business days.

ALL orders even express orders will require the 2-3 business day processing time before shipping.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking: A Shipment Confirmation email, including your tracking number(s), will be sent once your order ships. Please allow 2-4 weeks to ship.

Delivery Estimates: Delivery estimates will be available on the carrier site after your order has shipped.
